2. Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, email, phone (optional), type of enquiry, message and, where applicable, technical data of your device required to deliver the service.

3. Purpose

• Reply to the enquiry submitted.
• Maintain communications arising from that enquiry.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) given when submitting the form, and on the Publisher's legitimate interest to respond to incoming enquiries.

5. Recipients

Your data is not shared with third parties except where required by law. We use Resend as data processor for email delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregated, cookie-less traffic measurement (no personal identifiers, no profiling), and Vercel as hosting infrastructure. These providers operate under GDPR-compliant data-processing terms.

6. Retention

Data is retained for the time required to handle the enquiry and, thereafter, for legally required periods to address possible liabilities.

7. Rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to JFSL@nexentiaif.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of your data.
